We have moved datacenters in order to be closer where one of our representative's works. He can access all of servers on hand instead of having to go through the datacenter. Also, this datacenter is known to be more reliable and hosts many famous companies (i.e. AT&T, SBC, Earthlink, etc.). This move did not effect anyone's accounts and no problems should've occurred because of it.

Our server's uptime stats are now being displayed publicly. We feel this will help prove our guarantee of 99.5% uptime every month. We want our users to be able to trust us 100%. With the uptime monitor, they can always check on our stats to make sure we are keeping our promise.

We hope everyone likes the new design! We made the new design to symbolize our added effort towards great support. We have hired extra support agents and have reactivated our live support for the users who want to talk to us live. We hope this helps establish us as one of the top hosts in the hosting industry.
