We currently only accept PayPal. You may also pay with your credit card through PayPal, no account is needed.
Q. Will you place ads on my site?
No. If you would like free hosting with ads please visit our sister site 275mb.com.
Q. What uptime do you guarantee?
We currently guarantee 99% uptime.
Q. How long does it take to setup my account?
We usually have all accounts ready within 1-2 hours of signup. If it were to take up to 24 hours, we would push the next billing date back so you wouldn't have to pay for the first day.
Q. Am I allowed to put ads of my own on my website?
Yes you may.
Q. What type of server do you own?
We own a Linux Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz. It has 2GB RAM and is fully secured.
Q. Are there any hidden costs or setup fees?
No. We always hate having to pay for setup fees so we don't want our customers to pay them either.
Q. Can I add more space or bandwidth to my package?
If you want more space or bandwidth then you must upgrade your account. To do this please contact our sales team at sales@dkmhosting.com.
Q. Do you allow porn websites?
Absolutley not.
